ELEVATOR AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR & SURGE PROTECTION

The standard power supply specification provided for most elevators has a voltage tolerance of +/-10% nominal rating. Although, it has been designed to withstand low & high voltages, surges and EMF noises at some threshold, it will be wise to isolate the elevator from this so called power fluctuations, swells, harmonics and surges by an external installed Automatic Voltage Regulators and Surge protection device. This is to prolong the life of its electronic boards in drives and controllers which cost way more than this external protection.

ELEVATOR ACCESS CONTROL

Common for Hotel and Residential/Condo use, an elevator access control can restrict a card holder or an intruder or a stranger from entering the property or loitering to any other levels in building.

A software data logs and stores every access granted and denied restriction from its history. It can be set to expire existing keys(card/fob) and register new ones.

This access control system can be integrated to existing door key fob/RFID, EM and Mifare cards or fobs.

Extra low and low seismic switch made in Japan can be integrated to elevator controller to activate (EQO) Earthquake Operation mode of the lift once a tremor has occurred. The standard Earthquake Operation Mode of an elevator, brings the car directly to the nearest floor to allow safe exit of passengers.

A wireless connection of CCTV in elevators for low, mid, high rise buildings is economical and maintenance-free. Wireless IP-POE CCTV utilizes WIFI pairing for communication. This wireless communication can range up to 15 km.

Commonly use for VIP lift in Casino’s and Hotels. This Elevator ACU can maintain the elevator car at comfort zone. The ACU do not need a condensate drip piping but rather uses the condensate itself to cool-off its condenser.
